I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company and honestly regret buying from them.

I ordered a mirror that was already expensive, but when it arrived it was BROKEN — which immediately made me question their packaging and quality control. After contacting customer support, they promised they would cover the repair costs, so I trusted them and paid to get it fixed myself.

Now that the mirror is repaired and I’ve already spent even MORE money, they have completely stopped responding. No replies, no accountability, nothing. Not only was the product overpriced, but the quality was poor and the customer service has been even worse.

This has turned into a very frustrating and costly experience for me. I would strongly recommend that others think twice before ordering from this store. Based on my experience, once they have your money, support disappears.
