Placed my second order to Matt Wood, received well before time, must say that packing was excellent as no damage or scratch to the product was observed. Quality of the product , both interms
of finishing and accuracy is excellent,
Have a suggestion here,
1 After placement if order customer must receive acknowledgement.
2 Matt Wood must informed to the customer after despatch of order, along with tentative date of arrival.
3. On the day of delivery Shipping company must informed us that ur package is on the way and will reach you by such and such time.
